Puking is not uncommon in children and mostly it is benign
Children often puke during coughing In fact it relieves them as they do not know how to clear thick mucus ..
They also puke or vomit, when they have mild pain in abdomen
Most commonly they puke under pressure like when they are not willing to go to school or during examinations .
Mother worries are two -fold as there is some thing serious or child has thrown up all the food and now left empty stomach which 'll make him weak..
We have enough reserve , do not worry.
Always support him emotionally , he will feel a lot better .
